Who is personal training for?
The short answer. Everyone.
Everyone can benefit from the importance of exercise, however, those who lead a more sedentary life or want to improve their quality of life, should consider personal training.
What if I haven't exercised in years?
Not a problem! We start slow and move at a pace that works for you, pushing you slightly when you are ready! We will not only meet your goals, but exceed them. You will surprise yourself!
Do I need equipment?
Unless you want to use some equipment you may have, you don't need anything. Your body is the best machine. We have some great items to help you!
I can just go to the gym, why do I need a personal trainer?
Most people "get lost" at a gym and don't have the motivation to exercise. Many people get all excited about going to a gym for about a month and then it just fades away. Others don't feel comfortable exercising with others around or sharing equipment. Plus, exercising incorrectly can lead to injury and long term pain. Having a personal trainer will help motivate you, show you the correct way to move and be there to make sure are succeeding!
